Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unexpected delays, processing times may take longer. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Tracking Your Order

Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and standard return procedures will apply.
